Job: Senoir P2P Clerk

What are we looking for in a Senoir P2P Clerk?

An all-round AP/P2P professional with hands on- no nine to five mentality.

A quick learner who is capable to work independently, not afraid to make decisions and critical to his/her own work as well as others.

Someone who thinks out of the box and is always looking for process improvement.

Because of this and the International activities of Crocs throughout Europe, the right person for this job is a near native speaker in English, and has good skills in German, preferably a 3rd language and has excellent people skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

Job content includes but is not limited to….

Close collaboration with our outsource partner for Procurement to Pay

Check and approve the operational tasks executed by our outsource partner.

Facilitate outsource partner in solving vendor/payment issues

Take control and solve issues to avoid escalation

Control and discuss aging reporting and GR-IR reporting

Prepare workflow table maintenance

Help, advice, and train internal business partners on Vendor/PO and SAP processes

Together with all mentioned partners have full control of the P2P process.

  • English speaking
  • Fulltime available (40 hours)
  • Experience in working in an international working environment
  • Able to function at Bachelor level
  • Financial background, such as administration or accounting
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in a relevant position
  • To be able to guide the outsource partner in the payment process
  • Thorough and able to prioritize and get things done
  • SAP knowledge is a must.
  • Experience in to leading group trainings an advantage

He/she will occasionally be required to work early morning or late night due to the business relationships in other regions E.g. Singapore, India and US.
