At Crocs we are looking for someone to join our e-Commerce Customer Service team as one of our Customer Service representatives 40 hours per week to help take care of our French customers for 3 months (July untill September).

The responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure that customers, being end consumers, receive high level service concerning questions and concerns.

Tasks & Roles

Order Management
  • Track and Trace orders
  • Investigating irregularities of orders and informing customers as required
  • Handling of return requests by creating return numbers (RMA)
  • Check if refund was initiated by using different systems
  • Place orders manually in case of warranty issue or original order is not delivered


  • Answering incoming requests by e-mail, phone or chat
  • Handling of customer complaints
  • Provide product information
  • Provide information on status of orders to end consumers
  • Communicate late, incomplete or cancelled orders
  • Logging and updating of customer information in Crew
  • Escalate issues in a structured way to CS Management or contact departments
  • Participate in process improvements

Additional tasks

  • Testing/checking Newsletters
  • Translations for promotions/newsletters/Website
  • Create reports and dashboard (only if required)

The Customer Service Representative interacts with contacts to retrieve and/or provide information in response to customer inquiries about products or services. Communication with contacts takes place through a variety of means—by telephone; by e-mail, live chat, and regular mail

Internal: finance, Logistics, Product team, Sales/marketing team
External: End consumers, third parties


  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal in French and English
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • PC literate
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
  • Is able to work under pressure and meets deadlines
  • SAP knowledge would be preferred but is not mandatory.
