Summary
As Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible of executing and optimizing Crocs’ EU Paid Social, Affiliate and Remarketing campaigns at the highest quality. You will be reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate very closely with the rest of the digital marketing team and other intern teams in Crocs EU and Global.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Execute, optimize and monitor Social Media campaigns (with Brand awareness and Revenue goals) on Facebook and Instagram mainly (including dynamic remarketing)

Set up and optimize Remarketing campaigns and develop a strategy for Crocs EU

Manage Crocs EU affiliate program together with the EU partner agency and own the relationship with the agency

Evaluating Remarketing, Affiliate and Paid Social campaigns for their effectiveness and ROI together with finding opportunities to constantly optimize for reaching the set KPI targets; supporting the Online Marketing Manager for building the digital strategy and budget

Strictly collaborate with Merchandising, Onsite Merchandising and Brand Marketing teams to create the best go-to-market strategy

Manage part of the Digital Marketing budget to ensure an optimal allocation by market to achieve revenue targets

Feed optimization and campaign tracking set up

Keep your knowledge up to date with the latest industry trends and new features;

Plan and execute personalized campaigns within data management platform

Skills and Experience

1-2 years of proven Digital Advertising experience building up and managing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, managing Affiliate programs and Remarketing campaigns;Good understanding of SEO, Paid Search and Email marketing;At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Informatics or related field of study;Analytical mind set, detail oriented, good with numbers and capable to create forecasts on how to optimize the available marketing budget within different markets and in line with the business goals/KPIs;Demonstrate knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Criteo and most popular Affiliate networksBeing familiar with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics and A/B testingProven ability in manually optimizing and effectively expanding Social Media campaigns (revenue driven)Experience with agency management is a strong plusGood knowledge of feed management and tracking implementation – knowledge of Channable is a plusKnowledge of personalized digital campaign and DMP roll out is a plusInnovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize multiple projects;Experience with marketplace advertising is a plusDetailed planning balanced by flawless execution;Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. The knowledge of additional European languages is a plus;Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital landscape.
