The Merchandising Coordinator Wholesale supports the European Wholesale Merchant Team to execute the Global & European Merchandising Vision for Crocs, the industry-leading casual footwear brand specialising in comfortable, fun, innovative and irreverent product lines designed to surprise and delight our millions of loyal Crocs fans and future Crocs fans.

The Crocs Merchandising team implements the global product strategy to a European level to maximize product sell-in and sell-through. Merchandising is a combined merchant and planning organisation that builds and implement business plans with significant input from the sales team and global merchandising. The Merchandising Coordinator partners with the regional sales & marketing teams to help assist in their go-to-market strategy. This includes assisting in the execution of the merchandising vision and strategy to achieve brand and revenue goals, sales growth, and profit maximization through a consumer-centric focus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned).

Administrative

  • Drive line list and item master management, including gathering information from multiple sources to consistently maintain accurate records of the seasonal product collection for customs and customer needs. Effectively communicate line details throughout the organisation
  • Drive pricing file management; consistently maintain accurate records of seasonal cost & retail pricing, and effective communication to the relevant teams in the organisation
  • Actively process weekly add/change/drop (ACD) in regional documentation and own cascading the information effectively throughout the organisation
  • Own the creation of the seasonal sample orders and regional sample tracker, and coordinate communication with sales and logistics with regards to delivery details and efficient shipping
  • Coordinate and maintain merchandising documentation

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain Merchandising related reports to help give the team and leadership the visibility to overall business.
  • Track and analyse pre-season product sell-in performance and in-season Key Account sell-through
  • Assist the Wholesale Lead in preparations for meetings and calls
  • Assist in the alignment of product & merchandising performance analysis with sales and planning reporting to ensure achievement of results.

Go-To-Market (GTM)

  • Assist the Merchants with development of future product lines to hit seasonal target margin and revenue plan as determined by Senior Leadership, Finance and Merchandising.
  • Assist the Merchant team with product stories by channel to align with regional and global marketing.
  • Assist the merchant team in the creation and production of merchandising tools to execute future selling season. This includes (but is not limited to) workbook, flow sheets, sell-in materials and product trainings
  • Coordinate office sample management
  • Coordination and logistics for seasonal meetings (internal recaps, SPM, sales meeting)

  • Degree from college or university
