As the GTM & Onsite Merchandising Manager for EMEA eCommerce, you will own, orchestrate and ensure execution of the eCommerce GTM plans for six sites across Europe driving revenue and conversion through continual strategizing and implementation of world-class on-site merchandising and superb GTM execution. This candidate will be responsible for all eCommerce GTM planning and onsite merchandising.

Qualified candidates should possess strong onsite merchandising experience and robust knowledge of key performance indicators and levers to drive consumer shopping behavior. The right candidate can identify and leverage emerging trends, apply that knowledge to GTM planning and onsite merchandising. Strong cross functional business relationships are critical to effectively execute the GTM processes. Additionally, candidates should possess strong entrepreneurial initiative coupled with relentless organizational skills that drive successful processes and drive business growth. Candidates should have management capabilities and have a proven record of developing relationships across the business, as well as the ability to empower and develop capabilities of their direct reports.

Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Own the coordination and execution of the end-to-end eCommerce GTM process partnering with merchandising, marketing and other key stakeholders
  • Bring to market the appropriate onsite merchandising strategy and tactics to achieve significant revenue and margin growth
  • Drive the digital story telling process to the Crocs brand as represented by its product portfolio by coordinating a cohesive execution of GTM plans.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce merchant to prioritize execution of promotional/product story telling initiatives that are the primary conversion drivers for sites
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing and CRM team to track, analyze and evolve process and prioritization strategies based on those objective results.
  • Oversee (and execute) all daily merchandising activity using DemandwareDrive overall site merchandising with a commercial point of view – channel presentation of all product assortments and promotions

Experience and competencies:

  • Extended experience in on-site merchandising, eCommerce and business analysis within a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to think creatively
  • Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Needs to have high collaboration with other internal constituents including Global Merchandising, Global eCommerce and European Retail, Wholesale and Planning teams
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of Demandware and content management software and processes for sophisticated merchandising placements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, driving cross functional teams and building high performing teams
  • Detailed planning balanced by flawless execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • 4+ years of eCommerce
