SUMMARY:

The Onsite Merchandising Coordinator is integral in optimizing Crocs’ online initiatives and Merchandising strategies to maximize sales and conversion. This role will partner with Onsite Merchandising Manager, Creative, and Marketing to execute the digital story telling process through Salesforce eCommerce Cloud.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Collaborate with the eCommerce Merchants to prioritize investments and execution of promotional and product story telling initiatives that are the primary traffic drivers for multiple eCommerce sites.
· Execute all daily merchandising activity such as product information & pricing, taxonomy, product ranking, and onsite search by using Demandware Business Manager.
· Create weekly reporting for onsite performance; homepage performance, site search, power reviews, etc. Conduct comprehensive analysis and recommend solutions to maximize sales performance.
· Maintain site navigation. Create and remove categories as needed based on Merchandising & Marketing strategies, merchant reporting and web analytics.
· Collaborate & partner with the eCommerce Merchants to review upcoming plans and adjust plans as needed based on post mortem reporting results.
· Optimize content through partnership with Translations agency in order to localize content for European markets.
· Responsible for all administrative tasks in the GTM process, including but not limited to: writing and updating creative briefs, communications to project teams via email, manage and enforcing timelines.
· Facilitate the QA and review of emails, site assets, and promotional setup on staging pre-launch.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

0-2 years of online retail experience

Experience with workflow management, project management, and vendor management

Strong computer skills. Capability to meet our technical requirements including HTML, CSS, & Demandware.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.

Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to analyze & synthesize information and recommend actions

Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members effectively and strive toward a unified vision

Ability to work in a team environment

Comfort with ambiguity and change

Self-directed with a passion for growing, dynamic businesses

Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of German or French preferred.
