The responsibility of the Order Management Specialist is to ensure that Customer Service Department is supported with any administrative tasks.

Tasks & Roles

Cancellations

  • Process Cancellations within approved process.
  • Work with Customer Service to ensure that proper approvals are received and guidelines are followed.
  • Work with other departments (warehouse, planning, finance, factories) as needed.
  • Maintain archive of processed cancellations and corresponding approvals in Salesforce as needed.

Return Material Authorization

  • Process RMA creation or cancellation requests within approved process.
  • Work with Customer Service to ensure that proper approvals are received and guidelines are followed.
  • Work with other departments (warehouse, planning, finance) as needed.
  • Maintain archive of processed RMA’s and corresponding approvals in Salesforce as needed.

Promotional Orders

  • Process promotional order requests within approved process.
  • Work with requesting department to ensure proper approvals are received and guidelines are followed.

Order Management

  • Ensure all orders get scheduled (investigate and solve schedule alerts)
  • Ensure warehouse orders get released in a timely manner (investigate and solve release alerts)

Pre-Order Entry

  • Update price schedules on orders.
  • Prepare Batch upload.
  • Ensure Batch gets correct into system
  • Process customer PO or Ship to changes

Daily Support

  • Load batches 2x a day
  • Enter FOS ATP Orders (section for full overwrite ATP orders)
  • Update price schedules on orders when needed
  • Process customer PO or Ship to changes

Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Pro-active & responsive, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, methodical approach to problem solving
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • PC literate
  • Is able to work under pressure and meets deadlines
