The Regional Visual Merchandising Lead is accountable for bringing the powerful products stories to life in Crocs stores throughout their region, creating positive consumer engagement. They will work cross functionally with Merchandising, Marketing and Retail teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Interpret and translate the Global Seasonal Directives for their region and requisite store formats to ensure the vision and product stories are effectively brought to life in the market place.
  • Create and distribute seasonal visual merchandising directives for each flow in store formats and sizes appropriate to regional needs. Seasonal directive to include:
  • Wall elevations including product and marketing placement
  • Overall store mapping
  • Fixture layouts
  • Window guidelines
  • Seasonal sale, clearance, slow movers and promotional events
  • Communicate updates in season to be reactive and commercial
  • Brief Global VM & Global Marketing on regional exceptions instore and windows to meet the regional merchandising plan
  • Conduct regular all-region calls and store visits to ensure seasonal directives are properly implemented through the region and training opportunities are identified and supported
  • Support Partner/Franchise store implementation
  • Share best practices with global and field teams to improve execution and operating efficiency
  • Maintain an updated awareness of trends in fashion and promote ideas and concepts which elevate the brand accordingly
  • Support regional merchandising teams with comprehensive seasonal directives that establish and drive clear objectives.
  • Support Merchandising’s ownership of the GTM process and executes against end-to-end placement and promotion strategies from product launch to final clearance
  • Engages in the collaborative work of the merch-led cross-functional team with the goal of achieving the seasonal merchandising and financial plans


Your profile

  • To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
  • 5+ years in visual merchandising and presentation display experience. Footwear preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Sales, Marketing or commensurate year’s retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. (English language)
  • Proven ability to create, interpret and implement Visual Merchandising concepts.
  • Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines and work on multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Master of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (required).
  • Self-sufficient and self-motivated. The individual must be able to proactively develop VM plans for the European countries and execute VM activity in these countries.
  • Team player (Middle Manager) who will need to adopt a collaborative approach to VM ensuring all stakeholders are consulted and kept updated with ongoing activity and results.
  • Result-oriented but always customer and consumer focused.
  • Flexible, independent, enterprising, hands-on ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
  • Ability to travel
