Job Title: Retail Activation & Communications Lead

SUMMARY:

The primary duty is the execution of seasonal retail GTM plan in Europe in time and with maximum effectiveness. He/she collaborates closely with RTL merchandising, -operations and VM teams to build the GTM plan. He/she supports to drive sales trough marketing programs identified in the communications calendar, events and promotions in European retail stores.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Retail Communications plan: Aligns the RTL communication plan with global communication calendar and communicates the plan with the rest of the marketing and VM team, retail team and merchandising team making sure all parties are aware of the monthly activity plan.
  • Activation plan: Coordinates and makes sure all activation plans are executed within given timelines in retail stores. He/she stays in close contact with retail stores making sure all marketing material deliveries arrive in time and store managers are informed of the activity plans.
  • Franchise stores: Communicates and support the RTL operations team to plan and execute the European RTL GTM plan with franchise partners.
  • Marketing deliveries: Manages the briefing and oversees the production and deliveries of seasonal marketing deliverables to the retail stores.
  • Marketing Communication: Is a true Crocs brand ambassador making sure communication, creative visualization and copy are aligned with global brand and creative guidelines
  • Budget: Manages Retail marketing budget file with all related costs and coordinates the forecasting and budget actuals with the finance team.

  • Ensures global brand cohesion and consistency across retail brand activations
  • Places emphasis on effective digital marketing activations.
