SUMMARY:
The Wholesale Brand Marketing Lead is responsible for bringing powerful products stories to life in WHS channel with special focus on e-tailers. He/she partners with global VM team to ensure WHS VM guidelines are aligned with global direction. He/she is responsible for communicating e-tail and VM guidelines with the Trade Marketing Managers/Leads and Sales teams and supports them in market execution when necessary.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the seasonal e-tailor marketing calendar development ensuring alignment in product story launches with communications calendar.
  • Develops marketing creative materials and assets for e-tailers in collaboration with the global team. Ensures assets are distributed and executed across European e-tail accounts.
  • Manages wholesale marketing POS offering and production for direct and indirect markets.
  • Responsible for the showroom and tradeshow kit development and guidelines.
  • Interpret and translate Global Seasonal Directives for their region, and requisite store formats, to ensure the vision and product stories are effectively brought to life in the market place
  • Creates and distributes seasonal visual merchandising guidelines for WHL channel.
  • Provide clear training guides on how to use the wholesale kit.
  • Support Sales and Country Marketing Mangers with the sell in process by creating visual merchandising mock ups to help bring the product assortment to life.
  • Responsible for bespoke WHL account creative concepts for windows and instore activations.
  • Responsible for branding the European sales meeting and ensures local sales meetings and events are executed within the seasonal guidelines.

  • Supports regional WHS merchandising team with comprehensive seasonal directives that establish and drive clear objectives and have a clear seasonal point of view.
  • Develops effective wholesale partner support to improve engagement and drive sales
  • Integrates global scalable marketing platforms into wholesale partners and tailors to local needs as necessary
  • Places emphasis on effective digital marketing activations with wholesale partners

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 5+ years' in visual merchandising and presentation display experience. Footwear preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or commensurate years' retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communications skills
  • Experience in managing multiple complex creative projects
  • Proven ability to create, interpret and implement Visual Merchandising concepts
  • Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Mastery of In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator required
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
